RECOMMENDATIONS
Here are some basic recommendations to maintain your healing through nutrition.
-
Vitamix Blender – This high quality blender is a critical staple in any healthy kitchen. It opens up your culinary world to a wide range of smoothies, dressings, sauces, nut butters, nut milks, and even healthy ice creams. I’d recommend this as the first and most important tool for your kitchen. See this recommended model here.
-
Dyno pro vacuum blender . When we remove the air from our food processing, we stop our food from becoming oxidized which lowers the quality and over all nutritional value.
-
Juicer – When it comes to healing and nutrition, juicers play a major role. It’s best to get a twin gear masticating juicer so that you receive all the healing benefits the fruits and vegetables have to offer. With a twin gear masticating juicer, you are able to extract more phytonutrients and enzymes from the fruits and vegetables which allow for optimal healing.
-
Nama J2 juicer This is currently my favorite juicer. It gets all the nutrients out of the fruits and greens much faster and easier then other juicers with an easy and fast clean up as well. see link here Reach out to me for a discount code of $50.00 off.
-
Green Star Elite – Best two gear masticating juicer, see link here
-
Pure – Overall this is the best juicer on the market and the price reflects that. It uses a two-stage press mechanism that is equal to the Green Star Elite in nutrient extraction, but with a higher yield, (20% – 30%). This higher yield is considerable and with time, can make up for the high initial cost. If money is no issue, this is the juicer to get, see link here

-
Large wooden salad bowl – One of my highest recommendations for healthy eating is a big salad. With my guidance, you will soon be crafting large healthy salads and this is the perfect bowl to home your new dietary creations. This 12″ diameter, 6″ deep wooden bowl is available for a reasonable price here.
-
Glass Straws and Wooden Utensils – Healthier for you and the environment, I recommend a few sets of each.
